The counselling process is a planned, structured dialogue between our practitioner and the client. It is a cooperative process in which he helps the client to identify sources of difficulties or concerns that they are experiencing by talking about different areas of their life.
The first appointment is typically a consultation that lays down the foundation for future sessions. This usually involves talking about family, work and any issues you are currently facing. In the following sessions, the counsellor will build on this and provide actionable ways of dealing with issues.
